The present Strategy for Communication Abroad 2025–28, which was approved by the Federal Council on 18 December 2020, is a thematic follow-up strategy to the Foreign Policy Strategy.
The focus topic of edition 4/2024 is ‘UN challenges in the field’ and is a continuation of the focus topic of edition 4/2023 "UN peacekeeping missions in a state of flux". Four articles discuss how the UN's realignment in the area of peacekeeping is already being implemented in the field and what future changes will be needed.
