Publication of Award Competition Procedure for the selection of a Swiss Support Measure Partner (SSMP) – Duration of mandate: 1.11.2024 – 30.04.2029

The tender procedure for the selection of the Swiss Support Measure Partner for the Development of Towns Programme in Poland is concluded. Four tenders were submitted and evaluated. The evaluation panel has carefully evaluated the tenders submitted on the basis of the published criteria.

After assessment of all evaluation criteria mentioned in tender document (qualitative criteria and price) the winning tenderer has received the most utility points among all the submitted bids. The offer of the winning tenderer convinced above all regarding; the overall qualification and experience of the tendering consortium members and the nominated team; the proposed approach; and the proposed project organization.

Total total project costs amount to  CHF 1’260’470;  composed by CHF 707’200 for SSMP Service Costs and CHF 553’270 for Fiduciary project costs.

Instruction on legal remedies

This is an open competition procedure in accordance with the specific procedures and conditions set out in the Support Measure Agreement on the Polish Swiss Programme for Development of Towns. According to Art. 10 para. 1, h, 2 of the Federal Act on Procurement of 21 June 2019 (SR 172.056.1; PPA), the PPA does not apply to such procurements. There is no right of appeal.
