Less visible, but all the more important, Operations Management represents the backbone of the Embassy. Its team is responsible for Finance, Personnel and Administration.

Among other things, Business Management fulfills tasks in the following areas:

• Finance, including accounting, project cycle management, contractual relations as well as partner risk assessments and audit

• Human Resources, including recruiting, liaison with relevant authorities, continued education and team-building

• Logistics, including management of vehicles, transports, as well as facility management and cleaning

• Administration, including reception services, archives and IT systems administration

• Security, including security of personnel, facilities and files
