We offer a one-year academic internship starting in April 2026. The position will be published by the end of November.

As part of the Diplomatic Affairs Team at the Embassy of Switzerland in Jordan, you will experience the diverse world of diplomacy up close – from organizing high-profile events to analyzing political developments and shaping the Embassy’s communications.

Your main tasks:

• Coordinate and contribute to the Embassy’s cultural events such as the Swiss Film Days or the Swiss National Day
• Assist the Embassy’s communication officer in the social media activities of the Embassy
• Contribute to political and economic reporting
• Monitor the political and economic situation in Jordan

If you have completed your Master’s degree within the past year, have a genuine interest in Jordan and the region, and are driven to pursue a career in diplomacy, this internship gives you the perfect mix of responsibility, learning, and international exposure.
