He made these comments when he assisted Ghana's Minister of Education, Dr Yaw Adutwum, to inaugurate new offices for Sector Skills Bodies in Accra. He expressed his belief that the development of Technical and Vocational Education had bright prospects for Ghana. "I am thrilled that Ghana has decided to use TVET in the same way as Switzerland meaning that Ghana is ready to involve and empower the private sector through the Sector Skills Bodies", he continued.
