Dans sa fonction de représentation officielle de la Suisse, l’ambassade exerce un large éventail d’activités couvrant tous les champs thématiques des relations diplomatiques entre les deux gouvernements. Elle représente les intérêts de la Suisse en matière de politique, d’économie, de finances, d’ordre juridique, de science, d’éducation et de culture.
Cyprus Swiss Business Circle
With the active support of the Embassy, the Cyprus Swiss Business Circle (CSBC) has been established within the Cyprus Swiss Association. The Circle aims on the one hand, at enhancing economic and trade relations between Cyprus and Switzerland/Liechtenstein and on the other hand, at organising relevant bilateral meetings and events through all possible ways that could promote mutual cooperation among the respective authorities and business communities of the countries.
The Circle complements the informal contact group regularly invited by the Embassy, bringing together economic actors in Cyprus in relation with Switzerland. Membership of the Circle is mainly ensured by corporate members of the Association, who have notable and distinguished presence in the business world.

CSBC's last event
On 7 October 2025, a great morning was spent at the English School, Nicosia in the company of FC Servette Geneva & Cyprus National Team goalkeeper, Joël Mall.
With passion and inspiration, he shared his own personal story with insights into the life of an athlete and beyond. English school pupils and others who participated, were delighted to hear how dedication together with discipline can take you a long way!
The event was co-organised by the Cyprus Swiss Business Circle and the English School and was supported by the Embassy of Switzerland.
